By accessing or using the South Dallas Golf Classic website at southdallasgolfclassic.com (the "Site"), operated by Seed and Shoot Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality
  • Collect personal information of other users without their consent

3. Event Registration and Purchases

  • Payment: All purchases (golfer registrations, putting challenge entries, sponsorships, and donations) are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice prior to purchase.
  • Refunds: Golfer registration fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date. Refund requests made more than 14 days before the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Donations are non-refundable. Contact info@southdallasgolfclassic.com for refund inquiries.
  • Event Changes: We reserve the right to modify event details (schedule, format, venue logistics) as needed. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registered participants will be notified and offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.

4. Community Signup

By submitting the community signup form, you consent to receive email communications from the South Dallas Golf Classic regarding events, community initiatives, financial education resources, and related content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Seed and Shoot Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seed and Shoot Enterprises LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or attendance at the South Dallas Golf Classic event.

8. Assumption of Risk

Participation in the South Dallas Golf Classic, including golf, putting challenges, and other on-site activities, is voluntary. By registering and attending, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and exposure to weather conditions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seed and Shoot Enterprises LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party sites.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
